Dear Parents,

We hope this message finds you well and excited for the upcoming lacrosse season! We have some important details to share about the start of our season and wanted to ensure everyone is prepared and informed.

This year, we are thrilled to have three age groups in our youth lacrosse program: U7, U9, and U11. Our season kick-off will take place on Monday, January 29th, starting at 5:30 PM at Bell Memorial Park. Practices will run until 7:00 PM, and immediately following, we will be hosting parent meetings. Going forward we will have practice every Monday & Wednesday at 5:30 PM at Bell Memorial Park. Please make sure that your child comes to practice with all the required equipment. If you have any questions regarding the necessary gear, you can review our equipment guidelines on our website.

Regarding practice plans, we are still finalizing the details for the U7 group. It’s possible that their practices may be shorter than those of our U9 and U11 teams. Rest assured, we will communicate final details soon. As for game schedules, they are typically released in mid-February. Once we receive them, we will promptly update our TeamSnap platform with all the information you need to plan your weekends. Games typically start the first weekend in March.

Coaches play a vital role in our lacrosse program, and we are currently in need of a few more volunteers for the upcoming season. While we have head coaches and some assistants in certain age groups, we could use additional support, especially from dads. Even if you’re not experienced in lacrosse, your helping hands and dedication would be greatly appreciated, particularly at the U7 and U9 levels.

We will continue to communicate and finalize details over the next week or so. We are genuinely excited to see your son on the field and look forward to a successful and enjoyable lacrosse season ahead! If you have any immediate questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us. Thank you for your continued support and involvement in our lacrosse program.
