2024 Boy's Recreation Lacrosse
Fall Season Details

- Spring Lacrosse starts in the first week of September and concludes in the first week of November.
- Practices are twice per week at Bell Memorial Park.
- We practice either Mon/Weds or Tues/Thurs between 5:30 and 8:30 PM.
- Each practice lasts about an hour and a half.
- We participate in the Newtown Lacrosse League and play games on Saturday or Sunday.
- The league involves a travel component of 30-40% within 30 minutes of our home field.
- Our teams will play 8-10 games each season, depending on the age group and playoff progression.
- All boys need the necessary Required Equipment
2024 Fall Fees
- U8 (K/1) Rec Boys Lacrosse: Fee $275.00 + Uniform $20
- U10 (2/3) Rec Boys Lacrosse: Fee $275.00 + Uniform $125.00
- U12 (4/5) Rec Boys Lacrosse: Fee $285.00 + Uniform $125.00
- U15 (6/7/8) Rec Boys Lacrosse: Fee $300.00 + Uniform $140.00
Uniforms will be the same as in Spring 2024, so you do not have to buy a new uniform if you already have one. The only exceptions are boys moving from 5th to 6th grade this fall. 6th graders must have the "select" uniforms, which will be re-used in the spring.
How to Register?
Step #1: Get/Renew Your US Lacrosse Membership
To ensure compliance with USA Lacrosse and the Newtown Lacrosse League, all players must hold a valid US Lacrosse membership at the time of their registration. This membership can be obtained or renewed via the US Lacrosse website. Registration for CYL is managed through TeamSnap, where we verify each player's US Lacrosse membership.
